At Bootlegger Coffee, we want you to love every brew. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of our premium beans or brewing gear, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return your coffee or equipment.

  Form Completion

  Once your request is approved, we will send you a return authorization form and a prepaid shipping label for equipment or unopened beans.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Ensure items are placed in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit; please note that opened coffee bags cannot be returned for food safety reasons.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
